YA Success Coach offers a variety of coaching packages for young adults and parents. Each package is designed around a single semester, and is both customizable and designed to support your child's unique needs.

Executive Functions Assessments & Results
Individualized Learning Plan
Regular coaching sessions at least once/week
Monthly Family Team Meetings to celebrate progress and success
Written reports after each coaching session
Access to text & email support between coaching sessions
Intentional confidence-building, self-discovery, and goal-setting exercises
Aspire Package
The foundational package designed to give your child the support they need to take control of their life, focusing on building Executive Functioning skills and developing systems that work for them. This package includes weekly coaching meetings all semester long plus a monthly Family Team Meeting.
Thrive Package
The package designed to support your child in achieving their goals and planning for their future, focused on improving Executive Functioning skills, developing goals for the future, and creating actionable plans to achieve their goals. This package includes two coaching meetings per week plus a monthly Family Team Meeting.
Excel Package
The package with intensive support, designed to assist your child in their academic and personal pursuits. This comprehensive package will support your child in improving Executive Functioning skills, empowering them to discover their passions and motivations, discovering the systems and strategies that support their unique needs, and creating the goals and plan of action necessary for long-term success. This package includes three coaching meetings per week and biweekly Family Team Meetings, with optional add-on sessions as needed.
Coaching for Parents
Parent Coaching
Are you interested in learning some strategies and skills to better support your child with Executive Functioning challenges? Parent coaching includes 2 virtual meetings per month to discuss your child and strategies that can help you support them. Parent coaching can be purchased as an add-on to a Success Coaching package or as a standalone subscription.
